I also love collecting poems, and this poem below was made by my brother, entitled Mathematics of Love.
“MATHEMATICS OF LOVE”
Deriving equation is hard,
As well as finding the right solution
But by using the correct formula
Rest assured that I can get accurate data
I spent hours, days, and even months in solving the problem,
Because the problem I’m into was even harder than Calculus 1, and Calculus 2,
Sometimes, I used the derivative of a constant to make my feelings zero,
But no matter how many times I’ll use it,
I always end up getting the derivative of my love to you.
I always get the derivative of my love to you,
Because as days and months pass by,
I found out that my love for you has multiplied
And it can’t be subtracted nor divided.
I almost solved the problem by using the integration formula,
But little did I know that I’ll get the inaccurate data,
So, I solved the problem again, and I realised that I used the negative sign instead of a positive sign,
The sign can’t be negative because my love for you was always positive.
They said loving you was the biggest mistake I ever made
So, I used the law of exponents and tried to manipulate the equation to make my feelings negative,
But no matter how many times I manipulate it,
I can’t manipulate my feelings for you that has no constant value,
As this feeling of mine continuously grow.
I don’t know if I’m using the incorrect formula,
Because I couldn’t get the accurate data.
And then realization hits me that no matter what formula I’ll use,
I can’t get the accurate data
Because my love for you doesn’t have the constant value, Instead, it is always unmeasurable because of the infinity symbol.
